Heat degreasing - continuous or batch

Heat degreasing is an alternative concept to traditional methods for eliminating oil on e.g. pressed steel components.

The heat degreasing process is achieved by evaporation of the oil at a very precise temperature.

To optimize the process, the oven has an extremely high circulated air volume.

This concept is especially applicable for components with complicated shapes e.g. radiators, oil coolers and condensers.

Applications available for batch or continuous production.
