Vertical chamber ovens (VKU)

The vertical chamber oven (VKU) concept for ageing of aluminium extrusions is of a modular design with several separate chambers for individual heat treatment of different alloys and profile lengts.

The efficient air circulation and precise temperature control enables a rapid heat-up and allows high ageing temperature resulting in a short cycle time.

Due to the concept´s modular design the plant is easy to expand for increased production in the future.
